Wildhood Cycling Club

The Wildhood Cycling Club exists since 2020. Wildhood stands for adventure cycling, outdoor experiences and camaraderie. We already look back at four amazing years where we enjoyed some great riding and camping together with the Wildhood members. We are very happy with how our community evolves.

If you’re into rough stuff, gravel, dirt-roads, single tracks and grassroots adventures, the Wildhood Cycling Club is the cycling club you’ve been waiting for.  Far from the traditional kitted-out club, we are setting up a platform to ride, meet and connect with fellow dirtbags.

We have put together again a nice package for 2024. Wildhood will organize 4 club-rides which are always a day-adventure. We’ll do a group start, but you can choose to ride at your own pace, with your riding buddy or you can join the group.  Whatever works for you. We chose this format because it is easy adaptable to whatever covid conditions might still come our way.

So, what can you expect from these adventures?  Rides will be at around 100k with 1500-2000 m of climbing.  We always provide a shorter option (70k) for people who prefer an easier ride.  We like to camp, so if the weather allows us, we will camp on our spring and summer socials.  So, expect a great adventurous day out amongst friends.   Our rides might not always be the classic gravel kind, you will definitely be charmed by our love for wild places.  

We’ll be organizing some bikepacking as well. This year we plan an overnighter and a longer bikepacking trip. Because some of our members have been mountainbiking for a long time we will also venture in mountainbiking in 2024.

As we are all about spontaneity, we will probably add some rides or bikepackers throughout the year.

For a mere 60 euros you will get 4 exclusive rough stuff rides and our bikepacking trips. We will give you as well a pair of awesome cycling bottles and our new embroided patch.

Clubrides and bikepacking trips are exclusively for Wildhood members. Our open rides, organized by some of our members, are free and you can use these as an opportunity to bring your friends along.
